Funding provided for roadside beautification of primary system corridors with plant materials.
Eligible Project Criteria
The site must be on a primary highway right-of-way, including primary highway extensions.
Additional Requirements and Information
Maximum of $100,000 per application per year.
DOT personnel will review plans and specifications.
Participation is limited to cost of materials and installation of seed or live plants.
Applications for DOT Sponsorship of Highway Plantings permits must be submitted to, and approved by, the district staff.
