Systems Director
Trees Forever is a non-profit organization dedicated to planting and caring for trees by empowering people, building community, and promoting environmental stewardship.
Trees Forever is seeking a full-time (30 hours per week) Systems Director to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic development of our Salesforce platform as we transition to the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). This role is responsible for Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, data governance, reporting, and user support, while also overseeing key organizational technology systems and software applications.
The ideal candidate has strong experience managing CRM platforms, databases, and other technology systems, including data integrations, reporting, process improvement, and end-user support. Working closely with leadership and staff across departments, this individual will streamline business processes, improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities, and implement technology solutions that support Trees Forever’s mission and organizational goals.

Growing Futures Program Coordinator – Des Moines
Trees Forever is seeking a full-time Growing Futures Program Coordinator based in the Des Moines area. This position leads tree care initiatives, coordinate tree planting efforts, and oversee the Growing Futures program. This role supervises crews, supports participant development through hands-on training and professional growth opportunities, engages community partners, and ensures effective program delivery through coordination and evaluation.

Green Iowa AmeriCorps positions with Trees Forever
