Growing Futures Program Coordinator

Trees Forever is seeking a full-time Growing Futures Program Coordinator to lead tree care initiatives, coordinate tree planting efforts, and oversee the Growing Futures program. This role supervises crews, supports participant development through hands-on training and professional growth opportunities, engages community partners, and ensures effective program delivery through coordination and evaluation.

Seasonal Watering Crew Lead, Des Moines

Trees Forever is seeking a Seasonal Laborer Crew Lead to support urban tree planting efforts in the Des Moines area. This position focuses on the care of city-owned trees located within public rights-of-way. Responsibilities include leading crews of 6–8 teen workers to water trees, as well as monitoring and tracking tree health and maintenance needs.
