ICC Inventory and Management Plan Reporting Form

Thank you for helping Plant a Better Tomorrow through an Illinois Community Canopy grant. After your project is completed, please complete the reporting information below.

Step 1: Gather Materials

You’ll need a copy of your completed Tree Inventory as a digital spreadsheet, a copy of your community’s Management Plan, all invoices, and any documentation of outreach and events.
