Black Hawk County Stewards of the Beautiful Land: Roadside Manager Site Visit

Come join the Black Hawk County Roadside Manager, Griffin Cabalka, as we visit roadside plantings established and maintained by the Black Hawk County Secondary Roads Department. We will be visiting sites and learning how roadside managers use a variety of methods to better manage Black Hawk County’s Right-of-Ways.

We will be meeting at the Wapsie Pines Nursery off of Cedar Wapsi Road at 4:00p. From there we will be driving to three different roadside sites. Expect to park on narrow shoulders.
