Ecofest Vendor Fair
EcoFest welcomes environmental organizations and environmentally-friendly entities to join us on Saturday, April 26 from 10 am – 3 pm in celebrating Earth Day 2025 by becoming a sponsor or vendor!
Our vendor fair helps connect thousands of environmentally-conscious people with green organizations. Together we provide “Good Green Fun” to people of all ages on topics that pertain to caring for our planet Earth.
As a Vendor You Are Asked to:
Create interactive Earth Day minded activities for participants or sell items that are locally made and/or eco-friendly
Provide proper signage for your booth
Provide liability insurance information (if any)
All Vendors Will be Provided With:
10′ x 5′ area with one table and two chairs
Event insurance
Electricity if requested (must provide your own extension cords and tape)
All vendor names will be listed on our website
EcoFest is a rain or shine event and your booth will be located outdoors, so please be aware of the weather and plan accordingly! Cancellation policy: Our event will not be cancelled due to weather. With the exception of dangerous weather or other severe circumstances, there will be no refunds.
