Iowa’s Living Roadways Celebration Vendor Opportunity
We are excited to provide an opportunity for communities in the Community Visioning program to make connections with the organizations that can help turn their vision into a reality! The event will take place on Thursday, November 3rd at the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center located at 2100 Green Hills Drive in Ames, Iowa.
Conference participants will be encouraged to explore your exhibit during various times, including formal time from 11:00 to 11:30 and then again from 1:30 to 3:15. New this year is the opportunity to talk directly with participants during a “mini workshop” session in the afternoon. From 1:30 to 3:15 half hour sessions are available for you to present to a small group of people wanting to know more about your product or service and answer questions they may have about specifics in their home town.
Exhibitors are invited to set up in the South/Central Prairie Rooms between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Exhibitor tables will be situated along the exterior of the space. There is an exterior door with access to the parking lot for your convenience. A 6’ table with table cloth will be provided for your booth. Access to electricity is available upon request.
Exhibitors are welcome to attend the luncheon at no charge. If you plan to attend the luncheon, please RSVP by October 30 to Dixie Noska with the number of guests.
